There are some incredibly tasty-looking recipes on the websites for Yoplait, Green Giant and Progresso, so be sure to go to each of their websites and get yourself some great new lifestyle-changing, healthy choice recipes!!

As most of you know, I love to run and I love to eat. The problem is I eat more than I run. The bigger problem is my poor food choices. Last year, I completed 14 half marathons and several other smaller races, but yet, at my annual physical the other day, I was informed I had gained weight from a year prior.

All across the world, January 1 is the day of making new resolutions – of making changes in our lives. This year I vowed not to actually make a “resolution” but instead, I’m going to set some goals and continue on my journey of making a lifestyle change. I have a tendency to not allow time for breakfast preparation, so I have found the best way to fix that problem is to make a protein shake. I have tried hundreds of protein powders and more combinations of ingredients than I really care to admit.

I have found the perfect blend of protein shake for me, and I’ll share it with you today.
